2019 Cidre Brut 'La Roche'

Antoine Marois

Regular price $38 750ml Sale

A variety of apples, harvested by hand. These apples come from a single orchard which is laden with rocky marles. The first fermentation occurs naturally in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation then occurs in bottle to form a fine bead. These are not disgorged. 6% alc.

Beautiful colour, a slightly deeper gold. Apples, blossoms and honey on the nose. Dehydrated apple dust. The perfume is super pleasing. Smaller bubbles, dry and ultimately refreshing. Soft to drink rather than sharp, and very enjoyable. The taste is long, with balanced low acidity, and flavours are in check. Smooth and easy, and not sweet.
