Based in Chassey-le-Camp (between the Maranges Valley and Bouzeron), these vineyards have 45 year old vines, and are made up of clay and limestone soils with plenty of sand. Direct press, with half raised in used barrels and half in stainless steel for 12 months. Not fined or filtered.
Scents of lemon verbena and lime wrap around a distinct stony mineral core. Perky on the palate, with loads of freshness, apple crunch and lime zest. Chalky and linear, with plenty of drive and high, mouthwatering acidity.
