Much lighter in colour this year. Wow, the aromas. Bang! Light and medium berries, spice, it is intoxicating to smell. You can almost smell the sandy tannins – what they’re going to be like. Milk chocolate. Has negroni notes, like Julie Balagny's wines… Black liquorice and granite in the background. It’s so much lighter, but the depth is still there. Love it, very complete. Silky smooth, with berries, strawberry jam, chocolate, baking spice… so intense. The texture is awesome. 2019!!!! Brilliantly handled. Pungent rock and berry nose. Serve chilled.
