2/3 Grolleau & 1/3 Chenin, from Le Vigneau and Les Mouettes parcels - both organic. 10 day maceration, then 2/3 into barrel and 1/3 into tank for 8 months, bottled in May 2016.

Slightly reductive, give it some air. Ripe cherries. Uniquely French. Cola. Yum. It is a bit like cola, but not sweet. Something like bay or juniper on the nose. Very fine tannins, nice freshness, lingering flavours, layers keep changing. Smasher with complexity and schist finish. Yum. Serve chilled!
