Our policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is due to the fact that we have no control over the environment the wine has been kept in since purchase. Our wines are stored in optimum conditions, in a cool, dark warehouse, free from noise and vibration. They are collected from each winemaker in temperature controlled trucks, and shipped to Australia in temperature controlled containers.
If your product is faulty, please send an email to ryan@larkinimports.com.au so we can discuss the fault and work towards a solution. This must be within 7 days from date of delivery. Proof of purchase will be required.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a wine is deemed to be faulty, then we may offer you a credit note to be used for your next purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to ryan@larkinimports.com.au and we can work towards a solution.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
