Cabernet Franc grown on a beautiful organic plot in Faveraye-Mâchelles. Semi-carbonic maceration and ferment completed in tank.
Plums and cherries on the nose, warm and comforting. A bit of spice and chocolate, quite rich and aromatic. Soft and gentle in the mouth, rich on the palate. But it remains fresh and juicy. Soft acidity and tannins. No green cab franc notes either which is nice. A simple, yet pleasing wine.
