2014 VDF 'R2L'O'
Certified biodynamic. A blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Pineau d’Aunis. Co-macerated (whole bunch) for three weeks. Fermentation and élevage completed in demi-muid and barriques for one year. Zero SO2.
This is juicy and energising, but still has the tannins and acidity to make it slightly more serious than your everyday smasher. A touch of VA, but it gives it a nice lift, it's not overpowering in any way. Delicious!
