Semi-carbonic maceration. Élevage for one year in old barrels. Gamey, deep, underground, cellar dwelling, energy compartment. Spice and depth, relaxation whiffs. Black cherries and blueberries, magic forest with nourishing, feel good texture. Drinking potion, drinking purity, drinking health. Note that this is a commelian and is best after two hours. Grip, texture, mystery, dark forest and berry, violets and wilderness. Tasty as on last glass. Wild blueberry juice, clean but earthly. Day 2: Black fruits and iron ore. Tannins more prominent. Lots of tension on finish, so good! Serve chilled.
