Organic Chenin Blanc from 3 different plots in Faye d'Anjou. Fermentation commences in tank, then half the must is transferred to barriques – élevage is for one year before the wines are blended and then bottled in October 2016.
Incredible nose. White flowers, spring time blossums, honeysuckle, apples, lemon. Very high acidity, gentle texture, and super mineral. Lots of fresh lemons and saline notes too. The acidity is so good, electric even!
