2015 Silice en Bulles

Almost a bit more oxidative on the nose, reminiscent of aged overnoy. More golden in colour too. Perhaps some boytritis from the Gascon. Slightly nutty and saline, without much fruit. Again, very dry, except more tart acid than the 13. Lots of apple crunch and lemon zest - very zingy and racy too. Mineral, and some phenolic grip. Almost like an aged Champagne – lean though, not rich in any way on the palate.
