2018 VDF 'Tout Ça'

Again, so expressive. Purple jubey goodness, boysenberries. Cocoa, wild forest, the fruit is so lively. The mouthfeel is easy, gently lacquering, and refreshing. All these wines have such liveliness to them. Flowing with boysenberry icecream flavours, gentle mineral of dark rock hidden in the background, and a slight dusting of baking spices that is barely visible. This one is very easy drinking and no fuss, but packed with expression. A touch of red cherry, but the boysenberry stands out. Not a structured wine, just an enjoyable and easy flowing fruity wine that with leave you super happy. Some sneaky little liquorice notes on the final sip. Didn’t see them before, but this is 2.5 hours after opening. Extremely tasty and moreish.
