2019 VDF 'Jardin de la Grande Pièce' blanc

Clear and crystalline in colour. Clean smell, super pure and bright. White flowers, citrus, minerals. Super frosty on the palate. Sweet fruit, icy, and buzzing with energy. Doesn’t taste like Sauvignon so much, blind you may miss it. Ultra-lifted with a tingly texture and a saline edge. Pristine, fresh and so clean in the mouth. No harsh edges whatsoever, pure pleasure. Lemon, elderflower and lime over rocks. Fresh and mineral with tension that builds over time, and lingering acidity. No savoury or herbaceous notes on the palate at all. Can’t get over how good this is, such a stunning expression.
