Jacquère (negocé) from Savoie. The plot is made up of clay-limestone terroir. The grapes are crushed then pressed in a vertical ratchet press, followed by 9 months of aging in fiber glass vats. JAJA for the expression drink a shot of JAJA (drink a glass of wine in Beaujolais, no red wine for you, and JAJA also for Jacquère).
Ultimate purity here. Lime, apples and white flowers. Crisp fresh mountain air. Crunchy fruit, crisp apples, high acidity. Lime and river stones. Mineral, perky and zippy. Fresh with amazing balance.
