Aligoté and Jacquère from Bugey, in the commune of Leyzieu. The plot is called Tomacette, and is made up of clay-limestone terroir. Crushed then pressed in a vertical ratchet press, 9 months aging in fiber glass vats. THE WINE OF THE TRIBU to remind Caroline of the tribe of friends who come to help her.

Quite a neutral nose, with notes of apple, oatmeal and hints of rubber. Sweet orchard fruit on the palate. Mineral and slightly salty. Good tension. Free and easy. Summery.
