100% Pineau d'Aunis. De-stemmed, then carbonic maceration for 6 days. Aged in tank for 7 months. 20ppm SO2 before bottling. Not fined or filtered. 11.4% alc.
This is a beautifully perfumed light expression of this wonderful variety. Strawberries, dried rose petals and forest air. Very clear, clean and well made. Some darker shades of berries, with lots of peppery fine spice. Layered grip, fine tannins and medium acidity. Serve chilled.
