2021 VDF 'les ch'nins on boit et la carvane passe'

Heavenly aromas of freshly sliced apple, lemon, lime, elderflower and apple blossom. Clear, clean, cool and frosty. Initially the palate is linear with plenty of drive. It starts to fill out with air and gain more weight and texture as it warms in the glass. There's a perfect balance between richness and freshness. It's crisp, dry and refreshing, with notes of zesty lime cordial, crunchy apples and plenty of that 'clac-clac' schisty mineral tension on the finish. Long, with bright flavours and beautiful mouthwatering acidity.
