A blend of roughly 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Grolleau. Short whole bunch carbonic maceration, then aged in tank for 6 months. Not fined or filtered.
Lovely vibrant colour. Highly expressive nose with small red and black fruits. Supple and fresh with notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, pepper and spice. Smooth texture and fine detail, with delicious soft tannins on the finish. Lots of flavour and superb balance. Amazing for the price. Serve slightly chilled if you wish.
