100% Grolleau Noir grown on black schist. Carbonic maceration for 6 days, and then aged in tank for 6 months. Not fined or filtered.
This is very easy drinking, juicy and smashable! Clean jubey nose that jumps out of the glass. Boysenberry is the star here, with hints of liquorice and forest in the background. Vibrant and full of flavour yet light on its feet. The texture has a pleasant chewy sensation and grippy, fine resolved tannins to finish. Drink with gusto and a slight chill.
