A number of wine professionals have said this was the best pét-nat they've ever tasted. It's hard to disagree, it really is super good. If you are hesitant on the word pét-nat, don't be. Because it is clean, focused, and extremely well put together. A classy sparkling. Beautiful mousse, lots of fresh vibrant fruit with big yuzu and zesty lime vibes. It's dry, with luscious sweet fruit and perfectly balanced acidity. Great tension on the finish. Becomes slightly textural and surprisingly enjoyable as it warms up. We have ploughed through dozens of bottles of this already - winemakers, friends with no wine knowledge, my in-laws - everyone loves it. Perfect for apéro, snacks, seafood, salads - versatile to say the least.
