Chenin Blanc, from young vines grown on black schist. 30% aged in tank and 70% aged in used barrels for 6 months. Not fined or filtered.
Wonderful lifted and airy aromas of spring blossoms, apples and lemon icy pole. The palate is also light and lifted with a beautiful freshness. Textural with a mineral core and soft, juicy acidity. Easy going flavours of white fleshy fruit, lime, apple and a chalky finish. Super smooth and insanely good for an entry level wine.
