100% Organic Grenache from Sabran, Côtes du Rhône. 40-year-old vines. 1/3 direct press, with 2/3 being macerated whole bunch for a few days. Then blended and left in old barrels for 5 months. Zero SO2.
Amazing bright purple aromas, with a deep rocky presence underneath. Very fresh, with sweet fruit. Quite light, but has tensionand nice structure. Quite juicy too. Flavours keep morphing. Quite long, then finishes with a fine chalky structure, nice acidity, and wild berries. Stays open for quite a few days. Zero SO2.
