2022 'El Soci'

El Soci was born from the desire to bring wine closer to people who sometimes feel a certain fear of drinking it, due to the elitism that often exists in the wine world. El Soci invites everyone to have a glass of wine and just enjoy a good time with friends, family, your partner, etc - with the aim of noticing that wine accompanies us as a partner of great moments in our lives. A wine unlocked for the people!

Also for the first time in Australia, is this brilliant light and fresh white wine made from Macabeo. Grapes from the Riudemilans vineyard were harvested early on 15 August. This vineyard is 290M above sea level, and is heavy in limestone. The second harvest occurred on 30 August, from two vineyards. The Munsurra vineyard which is 390M above sea level and made up of calcaric and stony soils, and the Pla vineyard which is 220M above sea level and made up limestone soils. The grapes are direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel. After malo, the wine ages in stainless for about 6 months, with bottling mid March 2023. Not fined or filtered. 11% alc.
