Gamay from 25 year old vines grown on clay and limestone. Direct press, then vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. 15ppm SO2 before bottling.
Light pink in colour. Peaches and cream, strawberries and watermelon rind. Lean and refreshing, with subtle herbaceous notes. Direct, with persistent acidity. Perfect for an aperitif, or with fish or salads. Very stable, will stay open for a few days.
