A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Aligoté. Both wines were vinified and aged separately - the Pinot in oak barrels, and the Aligoté in tank. Blended after 8 months ageing, with 15ppm SO2 added before bottling.
Clear perfume. Light Pinot aromatics and Aligoté freshness make such a nice blend. A mix of high toned florals and red cherries, with some spice and a nice lifted savoury aspect. To taste it is bright and crunchy. Light and supple in the mouth, silky and smooth. Fine tannins linger on the finish. Good tension and acidity, this is the perfect blend of red and white. Great for summer. Easy going, with class. Drink chilled.
