Altesse from Bugey, in the commune of Corbonod. Clay-limestone terroir. Crushed then pressed in a vertical ratchet press, 9 months of aging in fiber glass vats. UNTITLED for the Highness who does not have her royal title.
Yellow colour. Light stone fruits and a hint of kerosine. Yellow plums dominate. Flavourful palate – more maturity this year. Apples, nectarines and yellow plums. Good tension, minerality, juicy acidity and nice bitter finish.
