Molette from Bugey, in the commune of Corbonod. Clay-limestone terroir. Crushed then pressed in a vertical ratchet press, 9 months of aging in tank. TABLE to recall table wine.
Fresh croissants on the nose. Peaches, yellow apples and a hint of ozone. To taste it is full and textured, yet fresh. Lots of flavour and extraction, and then good tension with that mountain freshness. Peach and nectarine fruit, with white strawberries. Apricot tart, with freshly sliced apple. A little spritz for energy. More flavour than in previous years too.
