2017 VDF 'Les Maisons bullées' rosé

This is for those that like something a bit funky and wild. It has a crazy smell of coffee believe it or not! Underneath that are raspberries and strawberries. It's a very unique smell, so if you like your bubbles a bit crazy, then go for it! On the palate the bubbles are sharp and playful. It tastes really good, with lots of strawberry, raspberry and great freshness. There is nice tension, and also a tiny bit of sweetness from the residual sugar. But it is essentially dry. Party bubbles!
