Altesse from Bugey, in the commune of Corbonod. Clay-limestone terroir. Crushed then pressed in a vertical ratchet press, 9 months aging in old barrels. Not fined or filtered. Zero added SO2.
Yellowish colour. Stone fruits, stony mineral characters, dried apricots and peaches. Low acidity, stony sensation, and lots of dried fruits on the palate. Sweet apple, unripe pineapple and peach juice. More concentration and depth than the 18 and 19. Sunshine in a glass!
