100% Grolleau grown on black schist. Carbonic maceration, and then aged in tank. 20ppm SO2 before bottling.
Medium colour. Smells super clean. Bursting with fruit and savoury notes. Boysenberry and forest. Smells young, but very good. Tastes so good. This is pure glou, but has depth. Boysenberry, blackberry, blueberry. Savoury edge. Grolleau never tasted so good. Delicate spice. Has detail. Purple wine gums but natural, not lolly sweet. Dry, nice fine tannins, some bramble on the finish. Sweet bright fruit. Nice tension. Black mineral dots. Slightly crunchy. So good for the price. Yum!
