Beautiful golden colour. Nice rich nose of canned tropical fruits with mineral undertones. Very free and expressive – again it’s that purity that shines through. Some honeyed notes – nothing too sweet or intense, nice and restrained. Ample texture, very bright and lifted. Tropical waves representing a variety of characteristics. I haven’t been charmed by a gewürz like this for a long time. Viscous texture, stony minerality, a bit of spice, honeydew melon, honey drops, mango, pineapple, peach – all very fresh and very clean. Would be best with food, cheese even. Very long finish, so many layers! Very mineral aftertaste too.
