Pinot Noir from Échevronne, grown on clay and limestone. The vines are 30 years old on average and sit at about 360M above sea level facing north-east to east. 10 day whole bunch maceration, then pressed off. Aged in used barrels (5 years average) for 8 months before being racked to tank to settle. Not fined or filtered.
Easy going, light and bright. Yum.
