Pinot Noir from 70 year old vines in a south facing vineyard, in the 'Les Boutières' lieu-dit. Lots of limestone here. 100% whole bunch, macerated for 12 days. Then aged in barrels with an average age of 3 years, for 11 months before being racked to tank to settle. Not fined or filtered.
This is so good. First time in Australia. Elegant and light with fine boned structure.
