100% Grolleau grown on black schist. Carbonic maceration for 6 days, and then aged in tank for 6 months. 20ppm SO2 before bottling. Not fined or filtered.
A light-medium red that is way too easy to drink. Super clean expression of Grolleau, bursting with berry fruit and savoury notes. Pure glou glou, but with depth. Boysenberry, blackberry and blueberry flavours with a savoury, foresty edge. Detailed with delicate spice, bright fruit and fine tannins. So juicy and crunchy, before finishing with nice tension and a mineral kick. Crazy price for this sort of deliciousness, Grolleau never tasted so good! Serve chilled.
