2020 VDF 'Pablo est au Bar'

Light golden colour. Clean, with notes of schist, stone fruit and apples on the nose. A smidge of honey. Lightly floral, and mineral when you sniff deep. To taste it is lightly textured, with sweet fruit and crisp acidity to balance. A finer style of Chenin made for easy drinking, as opposed to a big and complex, gastronomic example. Mixed flavours of lemons, apples, melon, honey and lime, that make you come back for more. Fresh and easy going. Lingering aftertaste, perfectly balanced.
