100% Grolleau Gris grown on black schist - direct press, and aged in tank for 6 months. 20ppm SO2 before bottling.
Clean and pure nose. Slightly herbaceous. Some cucumber too. Skin of fejoa or guava. Very fresh and summery to drink. Will be nice with seafood and salads. Light and linear. Clean and cool. Tastes of apple, lime and guava.
